For many immigrants, the challenges of migrating can sometimes mean losing their bearings. They find themselves in a new environment that has different rules, where the codes aren\u2019t always clear, where they no longer have the same access to their former personal and professional networks. That means they need a different and specific type of support.<\/p>\n

Seventy-five percent of INICI\u2019s staff are immigrants themselves.<\/p>\n

That means they have personally experienced the process of immigrating and integrating into Quebec society and understand the issues and challenges involved. Another thing that makes INICI\u2019s staff unique is their intercultural and integrated approach. This approach allows them to really understand immigrants\u2019 frame of reference and to help them connect with Quebec society in a way that builds mutual understanding.<\/p>\n

Each immigrant who comes to INICI is welcomed with care, attention and respect, and their specific background and journey are recognized. This allows our staff to build bonds of trust with immigrants and better help them navigate their new society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t
