Conversation groups
Discover an enriching experience with our MIDIS conversation at INICI. These sessions are designed to help you practice your spoken French while exploring Quebec culture. Each week, we cover different aspects of life in Quebec, from local expressions to tips for navigating Quebec society, including discussions about Quebec cinema and much more! Participants interact with volunteer francophone mentors in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere. While we prefer an intermediate level of spoken French, beginners with good oral comprehension are also welcome!
For most immigrants, finding a job in Quebec quickly is a priority. It helps them to integrate more quickly into the host society, support themselves and contribute to Quebec’s prosperity. INICI can help you find a job that matches your skills and dreams! Save time and meet with an employment advisor.
The advisor will suggest a career development plan, and you’ll be enrolled in a program that matches your career goals.
INICI provides free support to all immigrants who are entitled to work in Quebec (permanent residents, people who hold an open work permit, temporary workers, people on work holiday visas, postgraduate international students, etc.).
